Artist's Statement and Connection to Dairy Cows: I thought it would be really cute (and delicious) to incorporate chocolate and a straw with my cow.
Future Plans: Make great strides in the civil rights area, mostly through writing.

 

 

 

Fun Facts The first ice cream sundae was served in Two Rivers, WI in 1881. George Hallaver asked soda fountain owner Edward Berner to top off his dish of ice cream with the chocolate sauce used for chocolate sodas. The new concoction caught on and was originally offered only on Sundays. One dairy cow generates $1,922 in direct income to producers in Pierce County.
